aND-E-learning is a new initiative of aNDE. aNDE’s vast experience in training and coaching has been merged with a Virtual product: aND-E-learning.

While aNDE works with training, consultancy and project management in situ, aND-E-learning leverages on aNDE’s expertise implementing the programmes through a specially designed training platform.

Mission

aND-E-learning strives to make training, education and coaching more accessible to people and organizations engaged in personal and professional growth, sustaining their own learning style and tempo, but at the same time offers access to coaching and working and learning together with other people.


aND-E-learning makes a distinction within E-learning tools:

E-courses are virtual classrooms where the participants meet with other students, teachers or work on their own at their own pace. These sessions are conducted through a special training platform accessed by Internet .

Teleclasses are live, interactive training classes conducted over the telephone through state-of-the-art teleconferencing bridge systems. These bridges can connect groups of two or more people up to hundreds at one time over the same telephone lines for conversation and in combination with and-e-learning platform we have a complete product.
